Job Description :
  • Assist in supervising the efficient output of the Reservation Agents and the smooth flow of operations.
  • Assist with the daily reservations processes, servicing guest needs and queries.
  • Directs and coordinates the reservations daily activities, meetings, follow up with hotel's processes & procedures.
  • Communicate all amendment to agents, clients and hotels concerned.
  • Attend meetings / training as required by the management.
  • Assist in training & counseling of team members.
 
Skills Required :
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in hospitality, travel or tourism industry or similar capacity.
  • Requires strong organizational, effective communication and people skills.
  • Must be able to exceed client expectations and meticulous.
  • Must be able to work independently to lead a team.
  • Knowledge in Tour Plan System and computer skills is added advantage.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Good command in English.
  • Conversant in Chinese is a pre-requisite.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
