|
- Assist in supervising the efficient output of the Reservation Agents and the smooth flow of operations.
- Assist with the daily reservations processes, servicing guest needs and queries.
- Directs and coordinates the reservations daily activities, meetings, follow up with hotel's processes & procedures.
- Communicate all amendment to agents, clients and hotels concerned.
- Attend meetings / training as required by the management.
- Assist in training & counseling of team members.

Skills Required

|
|
- Minimum 1-2 years working experience in hospitality, travel or tourism industry or similar capacity.
- Requires strong organizational, effective communication and people skills.
- Must be able to exceed client expectations and meticulous.
- Must be able to work independently to lead a team.
- Knowledge in Tour Plan System and computer skills is added advantage.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Good command in English.
- Conversant in Chinese is a pre-requisite.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
