DAY 1


0800 hrs   Arrive at Kinabalu Park HQ. (It takes about 1hr 45 min from Kota Kinabalu to the Park HQ) Pre-check in and register at Sabah Park’s office. Meet your Mountain Guide.
    0830 hrs   Start hiking up Mt Kinabalu from Timpohon Gate @ 1,866m
    1500 hrs
   Arrive at Laban Rata and settle in
    1800 hrs 
   Dinner at Laban Rata's Canteen


2000 hrs                 
Lights out



DAY 2


0130 hrs   Wake up and early morning supper

  0230 hrs   Start hiking up to the summit

  0540 hrs
   Catch the sunrise on Low's Peak

  0600 hrs
   Start descent from Low's Peak
    0930 hrs   Return to Laban Rata for a well earned breakfast
    1100 hrs   Check out from Laban Rata and descent to Timpohon Gate
    1700 hrs   Arrive at Timpohon Gate. Head to the Park HQ to collect your successful
