Kindly be advised that JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur is in the midst of extensive renovation of their guest rooms and public areas. During this time, all measures have been taken to minimize disruption due to renovation, however there may be noise, dust and fumes from the work. The works will be limited to the hours between 0900hrs to 1800hrs daily. Additionally, please note that their Spa and Gym on the 5th floor is closed for renovation work. During this time, all guests are welcome to access the Spa at the Ritz-Carlton hotel, which may be accessed through the walkway bridge located on the ground floor (Indulge floor) of the Starhill Gallery. For convenience, the hotel has also relocated some of the gym equipment to their Mayang Sari meeting rooms 3 & 4, located on LL3 or B3 level, which is open and accessible 24 hours a day. The pool on the 6th floor is closed for renovation. During this time, the hotel is offering to guests the option to use either the pool at the Ritz-Carlton hotel or the pool at the Westin Hotel located directly adjacent to the hotel. Guests are welcomed in either hotel and any incidentals will be charged to their room as they would if they were in the JW Marriott. Moreover, the main lobby and front desk are now under renovation. The hotel has relocated their front office and guest services to the Lower Ground Lobby level and the main entrance of the hotel will be from the entrance of the Starhill Gallery, located directly behind the hotel, at the corner of Jalan Palmer and Jalan Gading. Parking garage facility, valet parking and bellmen services are still available during at this time.
