the opening scheduled in early 2008, we can look forward to a new level of spacious
luxury and gracious living. The additional 90 premium rooms - all facing a sunny
wind-swept-sea, will come with a sumptuous floor area of 90 sq metres each, complemented
with an oversized bathtub on every terrace. The rooms are all designed with the
highest trappings of luxury and comfort and opulently furnished in restful earth
colours and natural wood inspired by the ethnic richness of Sabah. Guests
staying in this wing will experience an exclusive arrival through a private courtyard
and lobby with check-in facilities in addition to the new swimming pool surrounded
by lush tropical gardens and panoramic vista of the South China Sea. We
are pleased to inform you that this exciting project is on track and the structural
work have reached Level Three. The noise level will be kept to the minimum and
in addition, every care has been and will continue to be taken to ensure that
guests' comfort remain at an optimum level. We
