Renovation Of Superior Hillview Rooms

The works will take place from 13 September to 15 Dec 2007 and will include the following works:

• Change of balcony tiles
• Change of headboard and electrical wiring system
• Change of room lighting, lighting fixtures and switches
• Reconditioning of all the room furniture
• Repainting of room
• Change of bathroom fixtures
• Re-grouting of bathroom
• Installation of new carpet and underlay
• Upgrade on bathroom amenities
• Change of room curtain

Please be advised that from 13 September to 26 September inclusive will be the NOISIEST period of the renovation program as they will be focusing on hacking all the balcony tiles out. This works will involve using heavy duty jack-hammers and drills where the noise level between 11 am and 6 pm will be loud and it would be disturbing and annoying for some guests during these 2 weeks period.

Contingency Alternative
The Resort will be offering free transfers for all guests to Parkroyal hotel during the period of 13 September to 26 September to use their pool facilities. Transfer will be done 3 times a day. From 27th September 2007 onwards, everything will be back to normal and the noise level will be very minimal and confined with the rooms area only.
From 27th September 2007, the works will be confined within the room only and noise level will be very minimal with occasional drilling noise from time to time. No facilities throughout the hotel will be closed. Everything will be running as per normal and we will do our best to ensure very minimal disturbance will be encountered during this renovation period.
