Update on Upgrading Works
Room refurbishments have been completed in all Superior, Deluxe, Garden Villa and Beachfront Villa.
However, upgrading works are still being done and works will be carried out between 9am – 6pm. Major works will be completed by 31 October and interior works will be completed by end Nov 2007. Noise level will be kept at a minimal and the following works are:

1. Installation of Glass Door between outdoor shower and indoor bathroom in all Garden Villas & Beachfront Villas. 8 rooms have been installed so far.
2. Installation of Solar Panel for water heater in all Deluxe and Suite rooms. All of Superior rooms have already been installed with the solar panels.
3. Extension of Roofing & Flooring at Mentari Grill.
4. 06 suites/rooms are being built and works are still on-going (50% completed). Once completed, there will be a total of seven (07) suites in the Resort’s room inventory.
5. Second Swimming Pool Deck will start tiling once the 6 rooms are 80% completed.
6. Bathroom Refurbishment in all Standard Rooms (Shower Head / Bathtub / Toilet Door)
