Swiss Garden Resort Kuantan - RENOVATION NOTICE

Swiss Garden Resort Kuantan will be undergoing renovations in two phases. Please see below for details:-

PHASE 1:

i) New Beach bar located at the Beach, and
ii) Guest's Room 'New Look'

Construction will begin at the final week of June, and completion will be in August and September 2006
respectively.

PHASE 2:

i) New Lobby,
ii) Garden Terrace, and
iii) Guest's Rooms (seaview-facing)

Construction will begin in September 2006 and completion will be in January 2007

Schedule of Works:

Construction will commence daily from 0900hours to 1700hours, and the Resort will ensure that the noise
will be kept to a minimal level to avoid any disruption of your client's stay during this period.
